Springtown Neighborhood Livermore, CA

The Springtown Neighborhood in Livermore is comprised of many neighborhoods in North Livermore. In the 1960's Springtown was built along side a golf course (no closed) and offered homes ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms and 800sf. to 1,400sf. Many of these original homes had golf course views and are now open space/walking trail views.

Additional phases included Spring Valley build in the 1980's offering duet style homes between 1,000sf. to 1,300sf. Most recently KB Homes built single family homes in the mid to late 1990's on lots between 4,500sf. to 5,500sf. with homes offering 3 and 4 bedroom options between 1,500sf. to 2,000sf.
