New Homes in Pleasanton at Lund Ranch |

After years of back and forth with the Pleasanton City Council and Greenbriar Homes, a deal is set to build 43 homes in Pleasanton. Located in the south east hills, the Lund Ranch development has been trimmed over the years. In March, 2014 50 homes were proposed, down from over a hundred a decade ago and a greater mixed use.

The new Pleasanton homes in Lund Ranch will be luxury homes to keep in scale and style of the existing homes of Sycamore Heights/Bridal Creek & Ventana Hills neighborhoods.d a greater mixed use.

This agreement also provides a donation of 177 acres to Pleasanton to preserve as open space and used for hiking trails.
